    Description

    Are you an avid multi-tasker with a penchant for the property industry? Stafffinders are currently looking for dedicated Commercial Property Managers to work with a variety of renowned clients throughout the Aberdeen vicinity.

    You can expect an excellent salary of £35,000 to £50,000, depending upon your experience, along with a company car and a discretionary bonus scheme.

    As a Commercial Property Manager, there will be plenty of opportunity for growth and development within the property industry.
    In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day management of a portfolio of commercial properties.

    You will use your strong communication skills to work with landlords and tenants to successfully manage a range of property types while meeting deadlines and building rapport.

    The ideal candidate will have previous experience in managing a commercial property portfolio where they have acted as a point of contact for commercial and property landlords and tenants.

    It is key that you work well under pressure and you maintain an updated knowledge of all relevant legislation, policy and procedures, and have a strong knowledge of the local market.

    This position is only available to applicants who have immediate Right to Work in the UK and you will be required to provide evidence of such upon request.
