- Thoroughly inspecting vehicles to identify any necessary repair work, maintaining accurate records / documents for the vehicle damage and producing detailed repair plans
- Using industry software packages to create accurate repair estimates which will calculate the costs for repairs, parts and materials
- You will be working closely with the Technicians, Parts Team, and other members of staff to assist the Bodyshop Manager with the smooth functioning of the business
- Effectively communicate with customers / relaying feedback when necessary
- Maintaining accurate records carried out in the workshop, raising invoices and billing when necessary
- You will be providing support to other team members / colleagues and be answering calls
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to
- Previous experience as a Bodyshop Estimator / VDA (Essential)
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Knowledge of automotive repairs / techniques (Essential)
- Knowledge of Bodynet and Audatex Management systems (Preferable)
- Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM
