    Day Shift Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrically Biased)

    Everest People Solutions are working in partnership with a leading food manufacturing business committed to excellence in quality, safety, and efficiency.

    As a Maintenance Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the site premises and machinery.

    Operate and maintain plant equipment to ensure optimal performance.
    # Conduct daily maintenance checks to ensure equipment is operational and safe.
    # Uphold high standards of housekeeping to promote a safe and organized work environment.
    # Continuously seek opportunities for improvement in quality, cost-effectiveness, and safety.
    # Provide support to production teams, assisting with machinery setups and troubleshooting.
    # Conduct fault finding and diagnostics to resolve electrical issues promptly.
    # Adhere to planned preventive maintenance schedules and accurately record follow-up tasks.
    # BTEC/C&G in electrical/mechanical engineering or equivalent qualification. 18th Edition training is advantageous. Post-apprenticeship experience in food manufacturing or related industry preferred. Proven experience in a similar maintenance role is essential. Competency in electrical work, with a focus on safety. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot electrical issues effectively.
