- Coach your team as it relates to best practices and professional development
- Partner with EMEA Sales & Marketing Leaders to tackle strategic and tactical initiatives
- Implement and enforce data driven processes for betterment of Tealium and Sales Development
- Maintain and enhance culture of Sales Development team
- Help guide and mold future leaders of Tealium
- Reporting directly to Global Director of Sales Development
- Previous experience as an SDR Team Lead or Manager of people
- 2-3 years of SDR and/or direct selling experience
- Experience working for a SaaS company
- Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
- Ability to partner with Marketing, Sales, Training and Operations to coordinate go to market programs/processes
- Ability to coach SDR's using action plans to maximize performance and provide effective feedback
- Proven track record of being able to reach qualified C-Level executives, generate interest, and set up follow-on appointments for Account Executives
- An innovative mindset to help analyze and improve work processes using data
- Monitor data capture and use of reporting tools to track performance, while providing accurate and timely management reports on team metrics
- Experience using , Outreach/SalesLoft, and Drift is a plus

Tealium is seeking an experienced SDR Manager with a passion for coaching and mentoring. This person will provide leadership to our EMEA SDR team as they work to achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly goals.
