- Drives employee experience priorities across all Lines of Business and Product groups that build culture, delight employees and encourage inclusiveness and engagement of employees.
- Delivers the implementation of standardised and effective business-level communication strategy, preparing and sending employee communications. Ensures alignment and collaboration with Corporate Communications.
- Drafts award submissions and provides oversight to end-to-end delivery of client mass mailings, ensuring alignment with Marketing brand standards.
- Leads on activities including product line CPD tracking, authorised signatory lists maintenance and legal entity licensing requirements.
- Leads on business management and ad-hoc projects, usually relating to people and culture, as identified by the Team Lead, Business Enablement. What do you need to succeed? Must-have:
- Experience in Financial Services or related discipline (Project Management, Communications, Marketing).
- Agile thinking & Business Writing skills.
- Creative skills – thinks about interesting and engaging ways to get work done.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Competent/strong IT skills.
- Good organisational and time management. Nice-to-have:
- RBC Organizational awareness (UK / Global).
- Modern Project Management skills.
