Electrical Project Manager
Join a leading company based in Dunmow, specialising in comprehensive electrical testing compliance services and remedial/projects work across various sectors.
With a friendly and professional ethos, they prioritise long-term working partnerships with their clients to ensure their buildings are safely maintained and comply with legal requirements.
Their diverse services, including EICRs, electrical equipment testing, emergency lighting, and more, reflect their commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.
Take ownership of electrical projects, overseeing planning, execution, and completion, while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and client specifications.
Foster collaborative relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet deadlines and financial targets.
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure quality control.
Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders, while maintaining accurate records.
Implement health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all project personnel.
Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project status, milestones, and any potential risks or delays.
Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in electrical project management, preferably within the compliance testing or remedial/projects sector.
In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, regulations, and compliance standards, including EICRs, emergency lighting, and electrical installations.
Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
Relevant qualifications in electrical engineering or project management are desirable.
Competitive salary ranging from £55,000 to £65,000 per annum, based on experience.
