    Combining your extensive personal expertise and track record in software product management, with an exemplary user focus and impressive leadership profile, you will partner closely with the Senior Leadership Team and Board to reveal and deliver the product experiences that place 9fin at the pinnacle of its market.

    You will build a first-class product org, develop, champion and instill a rigorous, analytical and data-driven approach to all product development activities, and prioritise product initiatives.

    Mentoring, coaching and developing the existing team members, whilst expanding the org structure and capabilities for product management and design, will be critical to achieving our operational excellence goals.

    Given the level of autonomy and influence in this role, there is a requirement for a disciplined, entrepreneurial and highly commercially-minded leader with deep experience in scaling a high-value SaaS/data business.

    Someone with low ego and a collaborative ethos when working with the wider team is a must as this role will enhance cross-functional collaboration with other teams, particularly engineering, sales, operations, marketing, and business intelligence.

    Lead all aspects of product management and development end-to-end to deliver an experience that fulfils the market requirements
    Partner closely with the Senior Leadership Team to extract, refine, qualify and schedule strategic objectives for 9fin
    Create the organisational structure and capabilities for product development to drive rapid delivery, efficiency and predictability across design, engineering and product management
    Drive the overall quality of execution in product development and constantly drive a pragmatic approach focused on meeting market and user needs whilst reducing debate and ambiguity
    Implement a consistent communication methodology for product delivery in partnership with engineering to improve coordination, alignment, speed, tracking and quality
    Partner closely with the Sales, Marketing and other editorial and content production groups to drive simplicity into all aspects of the experience, removing roadblocks through making high-impact decisions that place users first and enable other functions to deliver quickly and operate the services
    Establish the appreciation of the user experience throughout 9fin by driving an empathetic appreciation of the user challenges and conducting user research, market benchmarking and competitor insights
    Drive the use of data, testing and experimentation in all product-related activities to improve understanding and reveal product opportunities and for prioritising
    Significant experience and expertise in designing, building and launching high-quality SaaS or data software products at scale
    Emerging leadership abilities formed in leading software product environments operating in contemporary practices for functional ownership, delivery and performance
    Expertise in building products through organisational design, the establishment of a working method and effectively attracting and hiring expert talent
    Strong and highly evident creative abilities with a track record of finding novel solutions, solving new problems in nascent markets, reducing complexity and transforming user experience throughout career
