    Description
    Architect - Luxury Residential

    Our client is a RIBA-chartered architectural studio working solely on residential projects with high-net-worth homeowners across Home Counties and London city.

    Manifesting our clients' highly inspired styles into luxury homes that are perfectly tailored to their needs.
    Typically working on luxury projects between £1 - £5 million in areas such as:

    • Mayfair
    • Belgravia
    • Maida Vale
    • Chelsea
    • Knightsbridge

    Role:


    Technical Architect with at expected 4 or more years of London based experience to work along with all technical aspects of our projects focusing on RIBA stages 4-7 using ArchiCAD.


    The successful candidate would ideally have:

    • Some experience with site inspections & associated documentation.
    • Knowledge/some experience with JCT contract administration.
    • Good understanding and basic applied knowledge of sustainable design.

    The successful candidate must have:

    • Experience working on medium to high-end residential projects for end users.
    • Outstanding technical design and detailing skills with ability to articulate high-quality and detailed schemes, thinking and working directly within a 3D BIM environment.
    • Experience in delivery of projects through RIBA stages 4-7, including production and coordination of all project drawings & information.
    • Tangible experience in delivering tender and construction packages.
    • Excellent and current knowledge of UK Building regulations.
    • Experience and understanding of BIM concepts, workflows and collaboration.
    • Excellent ArchiCAD skills and a clear understanding of its operation and outputs (Strong Revit users who are happy to migrate and self-train prior to joining us will be considered)
