At Auto Windscreens, innovation is at the heart of our business whether it be robotic lifting devices, wet weather canopies or new windscreen bonding equipment that will set even in damp or freezing conditions.

Following a % increase in the volume of ADAS calibrations since 9, we are now looking for an ADAS Technical Advisor to be based at our head office in Chesterfield.

We are continuing to commit to the future by having our own dedicated support mechanism for the entire network regarding ADAS.

As a company, we have also invested in the latest tools, allowing us to meet increasing demand and offer ADAS calibrations to customers at each of our sites across the UK.

We lead the industry in the training and certification of our technicians and offer an excellent opportunity for personal development.

As an ADAS Technical Advisor, you will be responsible for:

Managing the ADAS Technical Helpline, assisting Technicians to resolve calibration queries and issues.

Record calls on a spreadsheet and monitor for any trends in failed calibrations.

Ensure all devices have the latest software updates in the network, recording all updates for audits purposes.

Update and communicate the ADAS Technician tips sheet once been verified

Assist the network and Customer care with any Pre-Global enquires for warranty purposes when needed.

Assist with identifying root cause of calibration failures ensuring all processes are followed before authorising JREX device.

Monitor, log and update the warranty spreadsheet and liaise with Hella on any discrepancies.

Assist the ADAS Manager with any ADAS Technical Information Reports for the network.

Assist with any ADAS overviews.

Assist with any new product evaluations.

Skills Required:

Knowledge and experience with ADAS calibration processes.

Experience working on vehicles with ADAS, removing and refitting associated parts are not essential as full training will be given but are desirable.

Excellent communication skills.

Able to demonstrate a good level of competence in planning and organising own workload.

Flexible approach to work demands.

Proactive self-motivator and able to work on own initiative.

Have good IT skills working with Microsoft Excel and E-mail communication.
