    Job Opportunity

    Position: 1 x 36 hours, 52.14 weeks per year, Full-time

    Responsibilities:

    As part of the dynamic Social Policy Finance and Administrative Support Team, you will report to a Team Supervisor. Your role will involve a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support different teams within Social Policy. While you will have a designated base, you may also be asked to work at various Social Policy locations across West Lothian based on operational needs.

    The key skills and experience required:

    • Confident in using IT systems
    • Proficient in minute taking
    • Strong communication and organizational abilities
    • Adept at prioritizing tasks effectively
    • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively
    • Possesses keen attention to detail and accuracy
    • Comfortable handling confidential information
    • Responsive to customer requirements
    • Flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances
