    Residential Property Manager Wanted
    Basingstoke Office - Lettings Department
    Are you an organised and customer-oriented individual with a passion for property management? Our client, an esteemed estate agency, is seeking a Residential Property Manager to join their team in Basingstoke If you have experience in the field and a knack for exceptional customer service, this opportunity is for you
    Managing a portfolio of approximately 130 residential properties
    Conducting property inspections to ensure quality standards
    Regular liaison with landlords, contractors, and tenants
    Ensuring all properties comply with safety regulations
    Managing check-out reports and dilapidation claims
    Working closely with the Accounts and Lettings teams
    Reporting directly to the

    Lettings Manager Job Requirements:
    Previous experience as a Residential Property Manager
    ARLA qualification preferred, but opportunities for training available
    Proficiency in property management software like MRI
    Full driving licence and access to a vehicle Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30, with rotating Saturdays

    Our client offers a competitive salary package ranging from £28,000 to £32,000 per year, based on skills and experience.
