Hybrid 2x a week on site
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and writing comprehensive information security policies and standards, as well as performing thorough gap analyses to ensure compliance and enhance security postures.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, write, and maintain information security policies, standards, and procedures.
Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current practices and industry standards or regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure policies align with organisational goals and regulatory obligations.
Provide expert advice on information security best practices and frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
Assist in the implementation and enforcement of security policies and standards across the organisation.
Perform regular reviews and updates of policies and standards to adapt to emerging threats and changes in the regulatory landscape.
Prepare detailed reports and documentation to support compliance audits and assessments.Conduct training and awareness programs to educate staff on information security policies and standards.
What do you need?:
Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
In-depth knowledge of information security frameworks and standards (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, etc.).
Proven ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive security policies and standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
