    Our flagship products are designed to create a connected store experience, facilitating seamless communication among retail staff to enhance efficiency and elevate customer service.

    As a Talent Acquisition Partner for Tech & Product at VoCoVo, you'll source and attract top talent for our Tech & Productteams, collaborating with managers to develop effective recruitment strategies and ensure a seamless candidate experience aligned with our company values.

    This is a hybrid position with approx 1 day per week working from one of our offices (Cheltenham or Shipton-under-Wychwood)
    Requirements for Talent Acquisition Partner - Tech & Product
    Proven experience in technical recruiting is essential, preferably within the technology or retail communications industry
    Strong understanding of engineering (software and hardware) and product management roles, technologies, and trends.
    Demonstrated ability to source and attract top talent using a variety of recruitment methods.
    Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
    Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
    Responsibilities as Talent Acquisition Partner - Tech & Product
    Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies for tech and product roles.
    Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
    Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
    Collaborate with the HR team on projects and to ensure compliance with hiring policies and procedures.
    Provide regular updates to hiring managers and stakeholders on recruitment progress and metrics.
    Contribute to VoCoVo's employer branding efforts by showcasing our culture, values, and opportunities to potential candidates.
