    Purpose of the job

    To work closely with client account managers and technical teams to specify and manage new client implementations onto Lifestyle Benefits products via automated data exchange interfaces.

    In addition this role will provide technical support and first line issue resolution assistance, liaising with the MIS team where necessary.

    What you'll be doing:

    Take ownership for the delivery of client implementations within agreed constraints of budget and timescale

    Collect, understand and capture specific technical, business and client requirements for new interfaces and implementations. Have the ability to translate these into specifications, test plans and change requests.

    To perform the technical setup, configuration and verification of all new client implementations.

    To perform joint testing with clients where appropriate, analysing and reporting on results

    Develop excellent working relationships and to provide liaison between the business, client representatives and development teams.

    Provide daily monitoring and control of existing client implementations

    Analyse data effectively to produce reports or supporting information to assist in the identification and resolution of issues or the production of detailed statistics.

    Effective day to day management of issues and change requests to ensure product implementations function smoothly

    Create status reports or other appropriate updates as required for stakeholders

    Schedule and manage bulk processing tasks

    Prioritise, log and track issues in alignment with the Collinson methodology

    To help design and, if necessary, execute the test scenarios and test scripts

    Contribute to regular Team meetings to ensure the correct tasks are being worked on and share key decisions required, risks identified and highlight and issues encountered

    Provide full documentation of datafeeds

    Work with Internal Product teams to define requirements for operational processes and perform UAT and regression testing as required

    Review current processes and recommend and implement improvements and automations where appropriate

    We're looking for someone who'll ideally have:

    IT Degree Qualified Desired

    Knowledge and experience of successful project/product implementation in a software delivery environment

    Knowledge and experience of the whole project lifecycle

    A good working knowledge of standard Project Methodologies

    Excellent analytical skills, with proven experience of using appropriate tools, and a good working knowledge of SQL

    The ability to demonstrate through examples, the effective management of stakeholder relationships at all levels internally and externally

    Experience of working with application and system interface solutions highly desirable

    Excellent written & spoken English & interpersonal communication with exceptional client facing skills

    Experience working in a regulated environment preferable

    Experience of projects in Travel, Insurance, Loyalty and Benefits sectors highly desirable
