    A fantastic opportunity for an IT Service Delivery Engineer - Cyber This key Cyber role within the IT Service Delivery team and is a subject matter expert in client facing systems, to implement and manage all Cyber Security aspects of the end user device management. Working with the Cyber IT Security Manager to implement the correct processes and policies across the business.

    Main responsibilities:

    • Manage the client patching levels and implement processes to enhance patch levels, utilising the appropriate tools and ensure any machines not being at the appropriate levels, are addressed.
    • Support the creation of hardened Windows client images, as well as owning deployment technologies.
    • Support the desire to increase the response and rebuild processes for client machines.
    • Being able to identify, investigate, report and resolve cyber related issues.
    • Develop new processes with the Cyber IT Security manager to improve Cyber resilience.
    • Key client facing resource during any cyber incidents

    What you will bring:
    Skills and Behaviours

    • Proven Track record of driving Cyber enhancements.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate complex scenarios to non-IT team members.
    • Keep technical knowledge and experience within client facing systems within the Microsoft stack.
    • Ability to complete projects with minimal/no supervision.

    Experience

    • Implement security measures and operate software to protect systems and information client facing systems.
    • Working in a highly technical role within a large complex organisation.
    • Experience of managing Microsoft 365 environments, email filtering and large file transfer apps.
    • Full life-cycle implementation and management of clients such as Windows 10, 11, Android and iOS.
    • Utilising Application and Patch Management solutions to ensure all end user devices are aligned to the correct patch levels.
    • Proven experience of issue identification, problem definition, solution identification and implementation.
