- To effectively communicate with clients regarding progress and costs
- To ensure strict adherence to the Firm's policies, including quality, matter management, billing, time recording, confidentiality, data protection, money laundering, complaints, risk management, health & safety, and other relevant policies
- To comply with all Professional Obligations set by regulatory bodies
- To achieve individual or group fee targets
- To prevent negligence and promptly report any breaches
- To utilize case management systems and assist in marketing the Firm's services
- To contribute to the professional development of Fee Earners within the group
- To stay updated on legal developments and attend necessary training
- To actively participate in team meetings and improve the Firm's quality standards
- To perform additional duties as requested by superiors or partners
