    Description
    Portable Space, one of the UK's fastest growing family owned Portable Accommodation and Storage business's are recruiting.

    Based at our UK HQ in Bacton, Suffolk, we currently support various industry sectors including Construction, Rail, Education, Healthcare and Retail.

    We hire and sell a range of storage and accommodation solutions including steel offices, timber jackleg cabins and shipping containers.

Due to the continued growth of the business, we are seeking additional internal maintenance engineers to help us maintain and service our hire fleet. Basic plumbing, electrical and carpentry skills would be ideal, and further training can be supported to help gain further qualifications in preferred areas. You must be prepared to clean the fleet also, as although this is not a cleaning vacancy, during busy times a real team come together and complete whatever task is required in order to service the customer. You will be repairing and re-furbishing units that have been returned from hire, and ensuring that they are in good serviceable order in preparation for the next hire. There will be some outside working, and you must be prepared to work outside during the winter months.
