We are working in partnership with a well-established, values led professional services organisation who are looking for an individual who is passionate about developing and inspiring the next generation to lead their Trainee and Apprenticeship programme as well as undertaking generalist HR activities.

Joining an engaging and successful HR team, reporting to the Head of HR, your role will focus on leading the Trainee and Apprenticeship programme within the organisation.

You will build and develop relationships with education providers, developing communications to promote your organisation as well as ensuring that all the training and development is relevant to allow the programmes to succeed.

You will have a passion for mentoring and guiding individuals along their learning journey as well as excellent organisation and relationship building skills.

In addition, you will support the Head of HR with generalist HR duties including providing advice and support to Managers on HR issues, supporting with recruitment and getting involved with ad hoc projects.

This role is offered on a part time basis, ideally 25 hours split over 4 days and can be based at either their Ipswich or Colchester offices.
