- Proactively manage a broad range of disputed and undisputed money only and asset recovery cases on behalf of a wide range of clients, working independently and assisting other fee earners in more complex cases;
- Provide supervision and guidance to junior members of the team;
- Undertaking creditor instigated insolvency actions against individual and/or businesses;
- Managing and developing client relationships;
- Assist with the onboarding of new clients to the firm, designing processes and procedures to ensure a cost effective and first class service is provided at all times;
- Create workflows and precedents to increase profitability and automation across the department;
- Perform asset tracing on target entities / individuals
- Complete MI procedures as required
- Achieve set targets/KPIs
- Ensure relevant deadlines, compliance and quality measures are adhered to
- Comply with relevant Weightmans and client policies and procedures

We are recruiting for an experienced Principal Associate or Associate to work within the Insolvency and Recoveries team, to enhance our growing recoveries and insolvency offering in Scotland.
