    Early Years Teacher | SEN School | ASAP Start

    Remedy is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Early Years Teacher to join a fantastic Special School in Barking and Dagenham, for pupils aged 4-16.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high-quality education to pupils with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD), and severe learning difficulties (SLD).

    While prior experience working with pupils who have special educational needs is desirable, we are equally interested in candidates with a "can-do" attitude and a willingness to learn.

    The school provide training in the appropriate techniques and strategies.

    Therefore, applications from Newly Qualified Teachers with an interest in teaching students with a wide range of learning difficulties are encouraged.

    Deliver differentiated curriculum to pupils with varying needs.
    Develop and implement individualized goals and objectives for pupils based on their individual strengths and needs.
    Commit to ongoing professional development and training.
    Early Years Teacher | The School
    All-through SEN school for pupils aged 4-16.
    Ofsted rating 'Good'.
    Continuous professional development and training.
    On site staff parking.
    Early Years Teacher | Requirements
    Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

    Preferably have experience working with students with special educational needs (SEN) or a strong interest in teaching a diverse range of learners.

    Can develop and implement individualised goals and objectives to address the core features of special educational needs, based on individual strengths and identified needs.

    Excel as team members and exhibit leadership potential.
    Are dedicated to their own professional development.
    Have a proven track record of delivering good to outstanding teaching practices.

    Remedy is dedicated to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expect all staff to share this commitment.

    You will have a safeguarding responsibility if appointed.

    The successful Early Years Teacher will be subject to enhanced clearance through the Disclosure and Barring Service and employment will be subject to references.
