- To promote and maintain beneficial relationships between relatives/patients and carers in liaison with other appropriate agencies.

- To be aware of and comply with Health & Safety, Fire Regulations and all other policies laid down by Black Country Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.

Health Care Support Worker – Band 3
Clent - Male acute ward
The role of Health Care Support Worker is a key and valued part of our in-patient services – assisting and supporting our Nursing Provision. This value has recently been reflected by increasing the band from a band 2 to a band 3 making the proposition even more attractive.
We are looking to recruit personable, flexible and motivated Health Care Assistants to support with the delivery of care to our patients. You should be motivated and forward thinking in your approach and possess excellent communication and inter-personal skills. A degree of flexibility in approach is required along with a willingness to learn whilst working in a busy and challenging environment. You will be caring and attentive with the skills to build strong and trusting relationships with people. It is also important that you work well in a team as you will work alongside other healthcare assistants, qualified nurses and rest of the MDT.
