    An enthusiastic, dynamic and inspirational Teacher of Social Science (Psychology/Sociology) is required to join a thriving and successful curriculum area to deliver A level Psychology and Sociology following the AQA specification.

    The successful candidate will share in our vision for Catholic Education as part of a successful and experienced Social Science department, which is committed to raising academic standards for all students whilst supporting the spiritual and moral development of the whole person.

    The Social Science department is both innovative and supportive with a history of strong results at KS5, focused on inspiring children to reflect, learn and achieve.

    St John Plessington Catholic College Voluntary Academy has been an oversubscribed 11-18 college for more than 10 years. We have recently been designated a Teaching School Hub.
