We're recruiting for immediate and future starts in 2024.

    You will excel working in a dynamic fast-paced environment, be a confident communicator, active listener, solutions focused, resilient, and enjoy building relationships to forge connections with healthcare professionals, candidates and clients, to identify and place the best talent to meet the staffing needs of NHS Trusts and Private Hospitals across the UK and beyond.

    No prior experience in recruitment or healthcare is necessary, you will receive comprehensive training, ongoing support, development opportunities, and full investment in your career progression at Globe Locums. You will be well rewarded and typical on target earnings: Year 1 £22,500-35k OTE, Year 2 £35-65k OTE, Year 3 £75k + OTE.
