What you'll be doing...As a Mobile Cook you will proactively manage teams on site as well as supporting with recruitment, inducting and training colleagues to deliver an efficient, high-quality service to Taylor Shaw, our customer and clients.
Responsibilities:
Motivating and managing a team
Covering absences or to support teams in enhancing their service
Accountable for ensuring ongoing team communications, including building internal and external relationships, management reporting and client liaison to enable operational excellence
Elior is committed to safeguarding children and colleagues.
Candidates that are shortlisted for this role, will be required to have an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and two suitable references.
Working Pattern:
Monday - Friday, 27.5 hours per week, term time only
