    Description
    Full or Part Time Registered Veterinary Nurse
    Kingston Vets have a fantastic opportunity for a registered veterinary nurse to join their team.

    You will assist in the daily running and all routine operations, running nurse clinics, putting up and dispensing prescriptions, being involved and supporting the learning of the trainee nurses, and most importantly offering the best customer and animal care services to both our clients and pets.

    Find flexibility in your rota
    We are happy to discuss part time and flexible working for the right candidate. The full time hours are 40 hours across 5 days per week. We do not have any out-of-hours, but our nurse team do cover a rota for inpatients if required. Saturday mornings are on a rota basis, and it works out as a 1:4 from 8:30 am - 12:30 pm
    Salary is up to £31,000 depending on experience.

    The Kingston Veterinary Group has a wide client base of small animal, farm, and equine clients in both Somerset and Dorset.

    Over the years, the practice has expanded with a small animal surgery in Yeovil and equine branches located in Longburton and Buckhorn Weston.

    Kingston Vets has always strived for the highest in client and animal care, this move increases the resources available to the practice in order to keep achieving this.

    Our team consists of dedicated and committed Veterinary Surgeons, Registered Nurses, and a strong support team.

    We have 10 Veterinary Surgeons, as we are a mixed practice some work between large and small animal caseloads, 5 registered veterinary nurses, 2 Trainee nurses and a support team of 13.

    We hold regular events for team-building purposes and support local charities, events and shows, and we hold regular meetings for the farming community.
