Here at Bright Futures, we are looking for motivated individuals to support three young adults with learning disabilities (in their late teens) in a brand-new property, which has been precisely designed and built to meet the needs of our young adults in Lowfield Lane, St Helens.

We can provide you with
This role is a mixture of full-day shifts (14 hours) and sleep-ins, with an option of part-time if that works for you

  • Salary of £25,692.00 per annum (this salary includes completing 1 sleepin shift per week). The hourly rate for this role is £10.30, per hour
  • Excellent induction and training, programme embedded to enable staff to achieve a fully funded level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care qualification, ensuring career progression

As a Support Worker, you will provide the highest standards of care for our young adults, understand their care needs, plan activities, and support and engage them to succeed.


You will join a new team who will work together to provide the best care and support for our young adults.

We are looking for proud, motivated, and passionate people to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of our young people.

You will need to be helpful, and proactive as you will have an important role in providing both high-quality provision care and creating a happy, home environment.


You will support the young people with their daily routines, to access education and varied activities in their local community.

You will also ensure our young people live a fulfilled life.


To be considered for this role you will



  • Have great values and a passion for providing great care
  • Be approachable, friendly, proactive, and engaging
  • It would be great if you hold a driver's license, but it is not essential.
The home is in a residential area in WA9 with easy access to local amenities.
The home has good bus route links to Warrington town centre.
The local train station, Lea Green Railway, has good access to Liverpool, Warrington Central, and other Northern Lines. We are also close to the M57, M62,and A569.
