The Role:

We are currently looking for experienced, enthusiastic Support Workers to join a Supported Living Service in South East London. The Home supports adults of varying ages with Mental Health Illnesses and Challenging Behaviour.

This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity to aid vulnerable people in their path to independent living whilst providing them with meaningful, high quality care.


This is a Full Time, Permanent Position.

Salary:

Up to £25,000 per annum.

Schedule:


  • 37.5 hours/week.
  • Shift Rota Basis.
  • Includes Day shifts, Weekends, Evenings and Sleep in Shifts.

Requirements:


  • Undergraduate Degree or NVQ Qualification in Health and Social Care.
  • At least 2 years of experience working as a Support Worker within a Mental Health Environment.
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Strong Interpersonal and Organisational Skills.
  • Can demonstrate a knowledge of Mental Health Related Illnesses.
  • Great Computer Skills, including competent in using Customer Relationship Management systems and databases.
