Jenson Fisher are delighted to be once again partnering with our long standing client to recruit a Customer Service Administrator on a permanent, full time basis.

Reporting into the General Manager, the Customer Service Administrator will be the key contact between the customer and the business and ensure that a first class administrative service is achieved.

You will have experience working as an Administrator and have strong, varied experience to bring to this role.

On a day to day basis your responsibilities will include:


  • Providing customer service support to customers for repairs and exchanges and processing the required documentation.
  • Preparing documents and quotations as required.
  • Processing orders on a daily basis including associated paperwork.
  • Coordinating daily projects and covering the administration for these.
  • Any other tasks as required by the General Manager.
