- Collaborate with the senior nursing team to prioritise workloads and work seamlessly with team members to meet the needs of patients and families
- Work within the designated Keech locality team and wider adults service to maintain effective communication with patients and their families and colleagues
- Community On-call duties
- Collaborate with a range of professionals to meet the needs of patients and families, promoting awareness of the services provided by Keech Hospice Care
- Take reasonable care of your health and safety and that of others, cooperating with the Hospice to adhere to statutory and departmental regulations
- Act as an advocate. Promoting empowerment for patients and families facilitating informed choices and opportunities
- Registered Nurse with experience in palliative care
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with team.
- Understanding and adherence to relevant legislation and national strategy
- Effective communicator with great interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of neurological palliative conditions and complex symptom management
- Supportive program to help you develop and progress through the pay grade banding on a competency-based framework

We are seeking a compassionate and resilient Adults Palliative Care Nurse to join our team, providing vital support to navigate the remaining phase of their journey, taking into consideration their wishes and needs.
With support from the senior nursing team, you will play a key role in prioritising workloads and collaborating with team members to meet the unique needs of patients and their families.
We offer flexible working shifts across weekdays and weekends both late and early rotas.
