    Job Summary

    An exciting opportunity is available for a permanent, full-time role as a Band 6 Senior Community Psychiatric Nurses to join the Complex Care Team, a mental health community service in Wolverhampton.

    • Band 6
    • Salary: Per Annum
    • Hours: Hours per week

    The Complex Care service is located at Penn Hospital in Wolverhampton. It is a community-based service providing treatment and support for individuals with severe and enduring mental health difficulties, such as Psychosis, Bipolar Disorder, Depression, Anxiety related disorders, and Personality Disorder.

    Main Duties of the Job

    We are looking for a highly motivated individual seeking a fresh challenge with the skills to make a significant impact with our service users.

    Applicants must be RMN qualified with substantial post-registration experience in working with adults facing acute severe and enduring mental health difficulties in the specified area.

    The successful candidate will deliver high-quality and safe patient care following CPA and discharge planning. They will play a key role in developing processes to support service progression and should have an interest and knowledge of Personality Disorder.

    You should be dedicated to a Recovery-focused approach, embedded within the team ethos, empowering and nurturing hope in our service users.
