    Description

    We are looking for an experienced Community Nurse (RGN) to join a specialized homecare provider in Aberdeen, Scotland. The ideal candidate should possess strong clinical skills, including proficiency in IV administration, cannulation, and subcutaneous injections. You will receive a comprehensive paid induction and continuous training opportunities, paving the way for career advancement and skill development.



    Benefits for Community Nurse:
    • Starting salary of £38,894
    • Car allowance of £5,000 per annum
    • Mileage expenses and Fuel card
    • 5-day work week (Monday to Friday), 37.5 hours per week, with flexibility for occasional weekend shifts between 8am to 6pm
    • 33 days of annual leave including bank holidays
    • Offered pension scheme
    • NMC fees covered
    • 6-week induction program with on-the-job training
    Responsibilities of Community Nurse:
    • Provide care to patients in Aberdeen by visiting their homes
    • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalized care and adhere to care plans
    • Offer high-quality nursing care to support patients' transition from hospitals to home or prevent unnecessary hospitalizations
    • Establish strong relationships with patients, stakeholders, and support networks to assist in treatment and recovery
    • Accurately record patient care and observations to contribute to long-term business and patient goals
    Requirements for Community Nurse:
    • Hold a valid UK driving license
    • Demonstrated experience in IV care and therapies
    • Strong clinical abilities
    • Active NMC pin
    • Registered General Nurse (RGN)
    • Prior experience in homecare is advantageous
