    The Role...

    The Governing Board of High Lawn Primary and Nursery School is seeking an optimistic Teaching Assistant to join the team. The ideal candidate should exhibit a positive attitude towards school life, work collaboratively, maintain high standards, and believe in the potential of all children.

    The role involves providing support to a Key Stage 2 student with an Education, Health, and Care Plan.

    About You...

    We are seeking someone who:

    • has prior experience as a Teaching Assistant/Special Needs Assistant in a primary school;
    • possesses excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum;
    • has experience supporting children with various needs;
    • demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills;
    • maintains high expectations for children's success and conduct;
    • is dedicated to collaborating with parents, Governors, and the wider community.
