This is a rare & exciting opportunity for an IT professional to come and join our IT tech team. The post holders will work within a tech "family" who have a wealth of skills and knowledge in a wide and varied technical landscape that helps deliver the council's core service to the citizens of Leicestershire – the inhouse team look after everything from security, networking, desktop design, configuration & deployment through to on-prem/cloud infrastructure solutions.
We are looking for talented forward-thinking individual to help shape and strengthen LCC IT systems and services, as we continue our IT maturity journey. There are two roles available and you would either be working within Infrastructure Services, primarily in a Server Infrastructure and Backup Technologies role or within Network Services, primarily focused on Cloud and Identity technologies.
