- Carry out activities to ensure CAD drawings and applicable 3D model data are reliable, accurate and complete, ensuring structural and cosmetic alterations are captured in the model data.
- Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to develop our CAD portfolio and enhance our BIM capability to deliver value to the business.
- Provide spatial data in a timely manner to the project delivery process, and amalgamate data returned from contractors so that impacted assets are recorded accurately.
- Work to align MAG's spatial data into a uniform format and improve spatial data quality, consistency of system use, and access to spatial data for those across MAG that require it for decision making.

The role
You will be responsible for managing and updating MAG's spatial data records across the whole estate, ensuring data quality, and supporting the group technical department and asset management strategy. You will adhere to best practice and meet MAG's asset management standards in all aspects of your work. Some of your main duties will include:
What will make you successful in the role?
To be successful in this role, you will have at least two years' experience as a Revit and CAD practitioner and excellent IT skills, experience of delivering projects in BIM and a sound understanding of BIM standards and documentation.
A strong team player, you will need a keen eye for detail, a knack for identifying opportunities and bespoke solutions as well as the ability to work independently when required.
Additionally, knowledge of Maximo v7.5 or a similar CAFM/ EAMS and of ESRI products or similar GIS applications would be desirable.
