Our client is an ambitous business who are looking to bring in a Sales Director to help manage and grow their existing sales team based in the UK.

Operating with the IT channel - they provide services to key channel partners across Europe.


The Role:


Responsible for:
-


  • Managing a growing sales team:
  • The team is currently 7 strong but plans are in place to double the size and bring in a Sales Manager to help you fulfil this plan.
  • You will be responsible for overseeing strategic management of major customer accounts.
  • Putting together a comprehensive sales plan that aligns with the overall vision and strategic plans of the leadership team.
  • Building the sales engine of the business in conjunction with the agreed budget and driving the business to an agreed EBIT target.
  • Fully utilising available data points and information to make informed business decisions. Helping the team to drive up their sales performance and customer satisfaction
  • At all times working in conjunction and collaborating with a successful operations platform and service desk operation.

What experience you will you need to have:

  • You should be target oriented
  • with the tenacity to help others achieve their own personal goals and targets.
  • You should have experience of working with / managing the relationship with some of the key partners (VARs / MSPs) across Europe.
  • You should have experience of managing and getting the best out of people, building on an already successful team culture, to heighten performance even further.
  • Analysing and implementing sales process improvements and efficiencies.
  • You should have a good appreciation of working within a serviceoriented business or team, ideally with knowledge of working with a servicedesk set up.
  • Ideally you will have a proven track record of dealing with some of the larger VARS and Si's
  • You should be fully comfortable of working in a data driven business environment and comfortable in using data to make informed business decisions.
