Onboarding Consultant to join our expanding
Customer Operations team.

The role:
Reporting to the Onboarding Manager, you'll be responsible for setting up and implementing clients on the Alliants Experience Platform (AXP).
You will be a key part of our Customer Operations team, assisting with client onboarding, training, adoption and report management, including the creation and analysis of usage data.
This role will require you to provide ongoing support to the Onboarding Team and associated clients for the Alliants Experience Platform.
Some key area's you'll be working on:
- Responsible for and configuring AXP to meet the customer's specific requirements
- Helping to ensure that all AXP projects are onboarded on time and on budget
- Creating and delivering training and education on how to use the AXP, sharing best practices and tips for success
- Working on increasing customer adoption and ultimately helping customers become proficient in using AXP
- To work with the client project team to facilitate external communications to clients, ensuring visibility for onboarding, updates, product upgrades and scheduled outages
- Assisting the coordination of ongoing content maintenance and improvement
- Support and maintain a solid quality assurance testing schedule using associated scripts for new releases and functionality, ensuring a seamless customer experience
- Assisting developers, delivery leads and product managers with constructive feedback loops to enhance our product
- Create customer project status and review presentations
- Produce and update documentation for the AXP Product and Alliants University
Important to have:
- Knowledge of hotel industry and SaaS technology related
- Ability to interact with customers at all levels, providing excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to analyse and interpret data
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Nice to have:
- Degree in Hospitality, Business or ITrelated areas
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JSON and XML languages
- Exposure with helpdesk ticketing software
- Integration experience with Table Management, Service Optimisation, PMS
