Tasks

Weare recruiting for a multifaceted PA position which will offer theopportunity for the right person to showcase their projectmanagement organisational and selfinitiative skills. The role is tosupport the busy CEO & Founder who is a serialentrepreneur and highly regarded for their achievements. The CEOhas other business activities which will also need administrativesupport.

This roleis to undertake all administrative duties to support their dailybusiness activities as a Personal Assistant. The ExecutiveAssistant will act as their righthand person undertake the diaryand travel management of the CEO and ensure everything is preparedand readily available for their meetings/client appointments/carphoto and video shoots on site and off location to take placesuccessfully. This truly is a unique role where no two days areever thesame

Requirements

Officemanagement duties will also be involved from managing receptionreceiving enquiries for car sales car servicing and bespokerestoration projects and managing them through from anadministrative perspective to ensure excellent customer servicelevels. The Executive Assistant will also be the front of house tomeet and greet clients to not just welcome them but make them feelwelcome on site to the show room and provide excellent admin followup to enquiries made/appointments undertaken. Typing up and sendingout car valuations raising invoices ensuring specialist car partsare ordered and received to meet exacting restoration projecttimelines are all part of this multifaceted exciting PArole.

We are lookingfor a PA who takes the highest level of pride in their work andsurroundings. As a PA in this luxury car business you must have anatural passion for luxury and specialist cars. An exceptionallevel of attention to detail is a must someone who is superorganised who can multitask to ensure multiple tasks/projects arecompleted seamlessly to delight the customer and make the work lifeof this fast paced and dynamic CEO easy andsuccessful.

Theincoming Personal Assistant will have a minimum 3 years experienceof working as an Executive Assistant or PA ideally within super carretail or luxury car servicing/restoration property developmentwealth management or investment banking or similar industry. Anability to communicate excellently both verbally in writing andsomeone who is excellently presented to represent the luxury carbrands found on premises is a must. It is important that this PAcan converse equally as well with high net worth clients through tomechanics cleaners suppliers all important to ensure the beautifulshow room is sparkling each client feels special and delighted whenthe cars are handed over from a sale or service or restorationproject and every business administration task is completed to themost exacting of standards speciality car clients deserve andexpect.

A full cleanvalid UK driving license is required as you may well need to drivea specialist car to a photo shoot every now and then You must havethe Right to Work in the UK right now and have an excellent commandof the English language and the ability to communicate thisverbally and written to the higheststandards.
