    Position Overview:


    The Advanced Nurse Practitioner will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality primary care services to patients within the Whitechapel area.

    Working alongside a team of experienced healthcare professionals, the ANP will provide advanced clinical assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients' health conditions.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients presenting with a variety of acute and chronic health issues.
    Formulate and implement evidence-based treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
    Provide holistic care, including health promotion, disease prevention, and patient education.
    Prescribe medications and treatments within the scope of practice and regulatory guidelines.
    Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters and treatment plans.
    Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and integrated care for patients.


    Qualifications and Requirements:
    Registered Nurse (RN) with current licensure in the United Kingdom.
    Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) certification.
    Prescribing qualification and independent prescriber status.
