- Liaise with contractors and internal maintenance staff to schedule and coordinate repairs.
- Communicate updates and progress to residents, ensuring transparency and excellent customer service.
- Conduct follow-up inspections to ensure repairs are completed to the highest standards.
- Keep accurate records of repair requests and resolutions.
