    Description

    Process Controls Engineer

    • Provide **process control (applications) engineering** support to the plant
    • Develop and implement basic regulatory and advanced process control applications to **enhance facility performance**
    • Utilize **advanced automation tools** to create engineering solutions for **improved process control applications**
    • Enhance existing process control applications to **maximize value**
    • Conduct engineering assessments, troubleshooting, and risk assessments for applications
    • Manage **instrument loop maintenance, modification,** and installation for base and advanced control applications
    • Drive changes to enhance plant reliability, safety, and profitability
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to **continuously improve plant processes**
    About the Ideal Candidate:

    • Minimum Engineering Bachelors' degree, preferably in Chemical Engineering
    • Three (3) or more years of experience in petrochemical, chemical, or refinery processing
    Preferred Qualifications/Experience:
    • Demonstrated proficiency in regulatory and advanced control technologies
    • Experience with **model predictive control** like DMC
    • Knowledge of **DCS Base Control**, especially Honeywell Experion
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective teamwork and stakeholder management
    • Excellent troubleshooting abilities
