A fantastic opportunity to join our Global Customer Service Centre in a key role within the Continuous Improvements team.

This role is supporting the Continuous Improvement Program Manager to provide project management for the Global Customer Service Centreon key initiatives.

Work alongside a team of other Project Specialists to ensure deliverables are met through scoping, design, build and implementation.
Working to the Global Customer Service Centre quality standard and achieving a first-rate level of project management.

Enable the Project team to ensure KPIs and Service Level Agreements are achieved whilst presenting a consistent 'face of SHL' to our internalcustomers globally.

We are offering hybrid working for this role with the expectation to be office based for a minimum of 2 days a week.


What you will be doing:


The Continuous Improvement Project Consultant is a key role within a small and integral team at SHL, you will interact regularly with existing or potential stakeholders to identify their needs and to develop plans for continuous improvement, scope and definerequirements to ensure knowledge and gain approval from stakeholders.

Creating and maintaining project plans as well as directing the progress of key project deliverables and critical dependencies across multiple projects/project types is an essential part of the role and you will also facilitate the definition of project missions,goals and tasks.

An important part of this role is to resolve or assist in the resolution of conflicts within and between projects or functional areas and to develop methods to monitor project or area progress and identify/ address/escalate issues, disputes, or objections thatmay impede success.

You will be able to anticipate consequences of actions, potential problems, or opportunities for change and set and meet realistic time frames.

There are some administrative duties within this role, and you will be required to organise and structure priorities and provide strategic and tactical reporting to key stakeholders on projects rhythmically and ad-hoc.


What experience are we looking for:
This role would suit a logical thinker, a highly organised person with a methodical approach. It is crucial in this role to have the ability to work proactively, decisively and to a high standard.

Solid experience within a customer contact/customer deliveryenvironment would be preferable as well as having the aptitude to motivate and lead a team.

We are looking for someone with 1-3 years of increasingly responsible experience, including successfully managing various projects, preferably in a professional or client-service organisation with experience of multiple full project lifecycles from businessdevelopment to final delivery.

Experience of training and mentoring new staff would be advantageous as this role includes providing training to other teams.
You will have networking and negotiation experience as well as a strong business acumen. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and be professional, diplomatic, personable, and reliable.
