We are seeking a talented, enthusiastic and committed Vice Principal to join our team here at Wells Academy.

Start date: 17th April 2023

About the role:

Your main responsibilities will be co-ordination of SEN, lead our Safeguarding and Attendance and deputising the Principal.

If the Principal is absent, you will be expected to fulfill the professional responsibilities of the Principal, as set out in the School Teacher's Pay and Conditions Document (STPCD).


You will:


  • Uphold public trust in academy leadership and maintain high standards of ethics, behaviour and professional conduct
  • Build positive and respectful relationships across the academy community
  • Serve in the best interests of the academy's students
  • Demonstrate the academy values of Integrity, Resilience and Ambition
