Our client, a market leading yet expanding organisation based in Staffordshire are looking for a
Contracts Coordinator / Administrator in a challenging yet exciting position.
£25,000.
**The Contracts Coordinator / Administrator will be required to: - **- Work closely with contract administration and sales teams to ensure contract details are correctly inputted and recorded on the system.
- Input new contracts on to Microsoft operating system and make amendments to existing contracts.
- Identify contractual issues and find ways to overcome.
- Produce daily and monthly reports to ensure that internal stakeholders have all of the required information to ensure that SLA's are adhered to.
- Report on contract KPI's.
- Check engineer site surveys and feedback, passing on relevant information.
- Complete administrative and data entry tasks with an exceptional level of detail.
- Ensure KPI's and SLA's are correctly recorded, monitored and communicated to other teams.
- Set up portal access for customers.
- Create customer welcome packs.
- Identify issues of concern for discussion and clarification.
- Undertake contract audits.
- Support Team Leader with quoting/pricing of renewal contracts.
- Attend daily meetings, updating operating system.
- Excellent communication skills.
- The desire to complete analytical and precision administration tasks.
- Professional, driven and enthusiastic attitude.
- Advanced IT skills to include Microsoft Excel formulas, graphs and analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Internal audit experience (desirable).
- Financial transaction experience would be beneficial.
- Good listening and questioning skills.
- Experience with MI reporting.
- A desire to learn.
- The ability to multitask.
- Desire to take ownership of role.
- Problem solving experience.
- Good standard of education.
- Logical thinking for precise and accurate results.

Working hours 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday
