- Participate in bid review meetings and negotiations with clients and subcontractors.
- Monitor project budgets and provide ongoing support to project teams to ensure cost control and profitability.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, pricing fluctuations, and regulatory requirements to ensure competitive and compliant bids.
- Proven experience as an estimator in the fire protection industry or related construction field.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to accurately assess project costs and risks.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office suite.

ABOUT THE ROLE
currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Estimator to join their dynamic team, the Estimator will play a critical role in assessing project requirements, analyzing costs, and preparing accurate and competitive bids for fire protection system installations and maintenance projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction principles, excellent analytical abilities, and exceptional communication skills.REWARDS AND BENEFITS
My client is open to experience levels for the right candidate and this is reflected in the salary which will be from £35,000 - £65,000.
