    Description

    As aFlow/MobileCleaner at Sodexo in RAF Brize Norton,you'lldelivercleaning services to create a safe and healthy environment. You'll interact with our armed forces personnel daily, You'll be improving the quality of life in everyone you meetJoin Sodexo and be part of something greater.     We are recruiting a new team of Reactive Cleaners who are passionate about cleaning, can work in a fast paced environment, and recognise excellence in cleaning standards.

    What you'll do:

    Working in a team 6, including the Reactive Team Supervisor:

    Focus on the details and complete a list of scheduled cleaning tasks to a high standard
    Ensure all areas of buildings, including offices and living accommodation communal areas are glistening
    Replenishing stock and consumables such as toilet tissue and hand gels
    Respond to reactive clean requests
    Carry out change of occupancy cleans in living accommodation
    Deep clean buildings
    Flow cleaning to cover holidays
    Respond to request for Aircraft Cleans
    Specialist tasks such as descaling, machine floor cleaning & machine carpet cleaning
    Be a champion of health and safety practices

    What you bring:

    Ability to pass enhanced security vetting and have been resident in the UK for the past 5 years
    Previous experience in a similar role, with knowledge of cleaning solutions and their uses
    Excellent customer service and communication skills
    Can work at a fast pace and adapt to change when needed
    Can adapt to changing priorities
    Work to agreed cleaning standards
    Be a team player and take instruction
    Be flexible on working hours (evenings and weekends will be required in line with demand from the customer)
    Driving licence would be beneficial

    Package Description
    37.5 hours per week
    Typically Monday to Friday between 08:00-17:00
    £12.50 per hour
    Full uniform supplied
    Full training provided
    Annual leave April -April 20 days per calendar year (plus bank holidays) which increases with service
