The successful candidate will be entrusted with a portfolio of warm leads, approximately (Apply online only) per month, consisting of potential clients nearing the end of their current contracts within a 3-6 month timeframe. Responsibilities include nurturing relationships and cross-selling an extensive range of products, ensuring that clients' needs are not only met but exceeded. The role involves a blend of virtual appointments and, for those in the northwest, the opportunity to engage face-to-face, fostering a more personal connection with clients. Candidates must exhibit exceptional account management skills, demonstrating an ability to cultivate and enhance business relationships. A history of consistent professional tenure is essential, as the role seeks a candidate committed to long-term growth and success within the company. Enjoy the structure of a 9am-5pm workday with a 1-hour lunch break, ensuring a healthy work-life balance. The total compensation package ranges from 30,000 to 40,000, inclusive of a company car, reflecting the value placed on expertise and dedication. Additionally, a lucrative commission structure is in place, with a standard 10% on the first 8,000 of business secured, and an enticing 20% on revenue generated beyond this threshold.
