    These are very exciting times at Pennyhill Primary School, as we are continually looking to develop our team and grow future leaders. In our Senior Leadership Team, along with the Headteacher, we have a Deputy Headteacher and three Assistant Headteachers. Due to the promotion to a Deputy Headship, one of our Assistant Heads will be leaving us at the end of this academic year. Our new Assistant Headteacher could be YOU

    In March 2022 OFSTED judged our school to be Good. We were pleased that all our hard work and commitment to the children and families was recognised. This is a great time to join our team.

    Our new AHT will be an experienced and talented teacher who thrives on working with others and must have:

    • A track record of being an excellent classroom practitioner, who secures strong outcomes for pupils of all needs and abilities

    • Experience of working with children and staff across the primary school setting

    • The ability to support colleagues to improve their practice still further;

    • Secure knowledge of the latest educational research

    • The enthusiasm and drive to sustain and further enhance teaching practice across the phase in line with the school's vision and values

    • Excellent teamwork skills, and the ability to motivate staff in a supportive, collaborative way
