    Eyelit Technologies provides a suite of manufacturing management software products including Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) and Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS) through our Eyelit, MESTEC and Optessa product portfolios. We deliver rapid, tangible improvements to manufacturing KPIs such as asset utilization, production efficiency, labor productivity, product quality, and on-time, in-full delivery.

    MESTEC provides a suite of manufacturing management tools including Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM). These tools are delivered as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and deliver rapid improvements to manufacturing KPIs such as labor productivity, product quality, production costs and delivery lead-times.

    What are we looking for?

    We are seeking a hands-on, proactive and detail-oriented Manager, Finance with a broad base of experience to join our expanding global finance team. This position will report to the Global CFO and/or Corporate Controller and be responsible for all Finance/Accounting functions in the UK.

    This key role will support the Global CFO and/or the Corporate Controller in regular reporting and roll up of financial metrics to a global consolidated/combined level, both from a historical and budget/forecast perspective. This position is critical to producing accurate and timely financial information and analysis as well as promoting an environment of strong internal controls and efficiencies. The Manager, Finance will also ensure tax-compliance and maintain legal and ethical financial practices.

    What will you be doing?

    • Maintaining the general ledger, invoicing/accounts receivable and purchasing/accounts payable on Sage Intacct
    • Maintaining pension documentation and compliance including salary sacrifice
    • Processing employee expenses, approvals, documentation
    • Maintaining a customer contract data base
    • Conduct finance audit periodically and recommend improvements
    • Develop financial policies and procedures for operational efficiency
    • Preparing and distributing financial reports and analysis, actual vs budget, functional reporting, cash flow forecasts
    • Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and performance metrics to support strategic decision-making
    • Implement best practices in risk management and internal controls to mitigate financial risks
    • Managing the annual statutory reports and tax filings with outside accountants
    • Preparing key SaaS financial metrics, dashboards, financial scorecards
    • Managing relationships, agreements and processes with outside service providers (landlord, insurance, etc.)

    • Excels at working on open-ended problems and executing them to completion
    • Data-driven and detail oriented
    What We Value:
    • 5+ years of relevant experience
    • Bachelor's degree in in Accounting or Finance or related field from an accredited college or university; experience in lieu of degree will be considered
    • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure, outcome-oriented environment by demonstrating quick, thoughtful execution.
    • Experience with Sage Intacct required, or in the alternative with a fully provisioned cloud based accounting system
