    Description

    Join our Balfour Beatty Kilpatrick team as an Electrical Construction Engineer on the Hinkley Point C Project and you can build something to be proud of here.

    About Hinkley Point C

    The first new nuclear power station to be built in the UK in over 20 years; Hinkley Point C in Somerset will provide low-carbon electricity for around 6 million homes, create thousands of jobs and bring lasting benefits to the UK economy.

    Marking a significant milestone in the revitalisation of our nuclear power industry, Hinkley Point C will make a major contribution to the UKs move to reduce carbon emissions.

    As a/an Electrical Construction Engineer , you will have the following accountabilities:

    To deliver Discipline Specific Construction Work Pack scope of works to support the MEH Alliance construction activities
    Enable the use of the Procon system to support the construction works and progress reporting of the MEH Alliance
    Enable the requesting and compliance of the MEH Alliance for the Work Authorisation and Permit systems operated by NNB
    Enable the co-ordination of safe access routing to workfaces to support the MEH Alliance construction work.
    Experienced in delivering and operating at an Engineer or Senior Engineer level, including experience working within Joint Ventures
    Relevant Professional Accreditation (PM, Construction, Engineering)
    CCNSG Safety Passport
    IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH

    • 25 days paid annual leave (pro rata)
