Purpose of the role:

Duties and accountabilities:

Claims file setup for adjusters
Assist with data accuracy checks and adjustments
Action loss fund returns, outstanding queries, static claims and missing reserves
Support adjusters with payment processing
Provide administrative support to claims operations
Assist with investigating and reconciling variances
Various adhoc projects

Skills, knowledge and experience:

Excellent organisational and communication skills
Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft packages including Word and Excel
Be a proactive and positive team player
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to manage competing demands and deliver results to agreed deadlines
Demonstrable interest in developing a career within claims adjustment within the Lloyds Market
