Purpose of the role:


Duties and accountabilities:


  • Claims file setup for adjusters
  • Assist with data accuracy checks and adjustments
  • Action loss fund returns, outstanding queries, static claims and missing reserves
  • Support adjusters with payment processing
  • Provide administrative support to claims operations
  • Assist with investigating and reconciling variances
  • Various adhoc projects

Skills, knowledge and experience:


  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft packages including Word and Excel
  • Be a proactive and positive team player
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to manage competing demands and deliver results to agreed deadlines
  • Demonstrable interest in developing a career within claims adjustment within the Lloyds Market
